“In Full Colour” is about embracing the full spectrum of human experience: the grief, the gratitude, the pain, the blessings, and everything in between. This collection of songs invites listeners to walk headfirst into life’s messiness rather than shy away, to see each challenge as part of a greater path toward fulfillment and wholeness. Some of these songs are among the earliest Aaron Bear ever wrote — untouched, unrecorded until now — while others are freshly born, pulsing with present-moment energy. Together, they form a cohesive journey through uncertainty, vulnerability, and self-expression, with the constant thread of love and connection grounding it all.

This project also marks a turning point in how Aaron approaches the studio. Instead of building each track layer by isolated layer, In Full Colour is being recorded with as many live musicians in one room as possible — capturing the energy, spontaneity, and humanity that comes from true collaboration. It's a nod to the way the greats used to do it — raw, communal, real — and a rejection of the isolating norms that dominate modern music production. At its heart, this album isn’t just about sound; it’s about community. It’s about making music that lives and breathes together, just like the people who inspire it.
